Suggested route Make your way by any convenient route to the large roundabout, leading to St. Peter's Way and Junction 11 of the M25, at the bottom of Woburn Hill, A317. Take the 1st exit, Chertsey Road, A318. Remain on this road until the mini-roundabout at the White Hart then carry straight over to Woodham Lane, B385. The Victoria is then approx. 1-1/2 miles on your left. The Walk Turn right out of the pub and walk down Faris Lane to West Byfleet lock. Cross over the lock and turn left after the Old Lock Keepers Cottage. Carry on pass under the railway and continue to the junction of Old Woking Road / Parvis Road, cross over and take Pyrford Road to turn left in about 1/2 mile into Dodd's Lane which will take you down to Dodd's Bridge over the Wey Navigation. Turn left over the bridge and follow the towpath to its junction with the Basingstoke Canal. Turn left over the bridge and follow the towpath back to West Byfleet lock, cross the lock.

The Victoria is situated west of New Haw on the B385 and a short distance from the Basingstoke Canal. The Victoria has an extensive menu of meals and bar snacks. It also specialises in fresh fish and other specials of the day. In addition there is of course a fine selection of beers, wines and spirits.
